I feel it is essential to stay committed to personal growth.

How you treat animals tells me everything I need to know about you.

From a very young age I have been tied to the world of sport, above all football, competing in divisions such as the Preferente and Primera Catalana of the time. From that stage, which took up a large part of my life, I keep the discipline, perseverance and confidence that today sustain the way I work. Feeling fit and full of energy is still essential to me.

Around 2017 I began working on my personal growth through Gestalt therapy and family constellations. In 2019 I trained as an international Kundalini Yoga teacher at the Omana centre, with the renowned KRI and AEKY accreditations. My yoga and meditation practice is the anchor that keeps me present and focused, with the calm needed to enjoy a path that is not always easy. That process of personal growth was, in fact, the door that opened the way to my acting career.

In parallel I have consolidated an authorial perspective that I channel through directing, writing, editing and producing. In 2025 I broadened my training at Institut RTVE with the Showrunner course and took the lead of Reddast Films, a production company born to drive projects with narrative power, artistic awareness and human commitment. Out of that comes Proyecto K, a short film on which I sign the co-direction, script, executive production and editing, accompanying the project through every phase.

I am an unconditional animal lover. I believe nature is the greatest heritage we have, and that we should all learn to value it, respect it and care for it much more.
